​Do you accept insurance?
Yes. I accept the following forms of insurance: Aetna, BC/BS, Carelon, Cigna, Optum, Oscar, Quest Behavioral Health, and United Healthcare. I also see clients associated with Centerstone Military Services and VA Community Care. In addition, I am happy to provide a superbill for out of network reimbursement with other insurance carriers.

How do I get started?​

What is your cancellation policy?
No shows or appointments cancelled with fewer than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of $160, which is my standard fee.

Where are you licensed?
At present I am only licensed in Tennessee, so I can see clients in person or via telehealth within the state.

Can you provide a Good Faith Estimate?
Yes. In accordance with the "No Surprises" act, I am happy to provide a good faith estimate of expected fees.
